Yarra Glen is a scenic town on the banks of the famous Yarra River, 40km north-east fromMelbournes central business district. Positioned towards the northern border of Lilydale and the western border of Healesville, Yarra Glen is set amongst the rolling hills of the Yarra Ranges.
As a township of the Yarra Valley, Yarra Glen offers easy and direct access to all of the finest vineyards and wineries in the region.
If you are looking for a perfect base to explore the local area, within walking distance to cafes, pub, reserves and trails, somewhere affordable and comfortable, look no further!
The guest suite, is in a separate section of a family home, with its own access and undercover outdoor and garden area, your privacy is assured.
The home is situated right in the centre of town, a stroll to bustling Bell Street, and lovely Yarra river. It is approx. 200m from the historic Yarra Valley Grand Hotel, enjoy a fabulous meal and a few beverages without the worry of driving home.
The guest suite offers easy, contactless access, offers under cover parking in the carport and is single story.
There is a lock box located near the sliding door access and you will be given a code to retrieve the key.
There are 2 bedrooms, both with comfortable queen size beds, built in wardrobes, ceiling fans. One bedroom also has a desk space and there is free WIFI available. All linen, bedding and towels are provided.
Open plan lounge room has comfortable couch, coffee table, wall mounted smart tv, Netflix, Stan, Paramount are all available. There is split system heating and cooling and a ceiling fan for your comfort.
There is a kitchenette providing for basic cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Coffee, tea, milk & sugar are all provided.
The bathroom has a bath, shower and hairdryer. There is a separate toilet and laundry facilities, both a washing machine and dryer.
Outside there is a private fenced courtyard including an undercover, paved area with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Please note: Our check in time is after 3pm and check out time is anytime prior to 11am, we are unable to provide later check outs.
Other things to note: Guests are expected to leave the property in a neat & tidy state, including dishes washed, used towels placed in laundry, fridge empty, rubbish in bin bags and personal items removed. This will ensure the property can be prepared and cleaned for the next guest by our attending cleaner.
The beds in this property are provided with a woollen underlay/mattress protector, fitted sheet, top sheet, 4 pillows with covers & doona with cover.

    An ideal location for a getaway in the Yarra valley. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were clean. We however found insect eggs in the coffee machine, dirt on the kitchen floor and the bathroom was quite tired - which was disappointing for the price that we paid
